Practicing What I Preach

Ever seen a fat fitness trainer?  Me too.  They don't inspire a lot of confidence, do they!  They either aren't practicing what they preach or what they're preaching doesn't work.

A fitness trainer really should be the proof of their pudding.  They should be a walking, talking example of what their techniques can do for you and the kind of fitness you can hope to achieve while working their methods.  Those are reasonable expectations, don't you think?

I think so too.  That's why I stay fit and trim using my own methods.  Not only will I recommend what I do, I'll even get down there and do it with you if you need the motivation.  The food and methods of eating I recommend are really the ways I eat on a day-to-day basis, so I'm living proof of what this kind of diet looks like and what any given exercise does for a body.  It's not like I expect you to make big changes while I'm over here eating bon-bons and baking cakes.  Also, I'm not just reading it in an article somewhere and then telling you to do it without ever doing it myself.

I walk my talk!  In fact, we can walk my talk together :D.
