One-On-One Coaching

For many people a workshop or book alone is not enough for them to enact the positive changes they so desire in their lives.  Specific focus is a double-edged sword.  We need focus to hone in on our goals and what we must accomplish each day to survive, but the very act of focusing cuts out everything else we need to be mindful of (like positive changes).  It takes practice to become more mindful.  It often takes reminders and a plan.  Many times it takes accountability i.e. having to report whether you did or you didn't.  Very often, you need to talk things out with someone who will listen in order to figure things out for yourself.  I know in my own experience, some of my greatest ideas or aha moments have come when I was telling someone else about it.
