Get Fit With Me

This is an online event.  I have monthly 30 DAYS TO BETTER FITNESS events in which anyone can participate.  The 30 DAYS TO BETTER FITNESS events are free and they are pretty much ongoing.  I will often provide general information and assistance during the event, but I don't provide any personalized services for free.  In other words, I won't design your exercise program for you or make diet recommendations that apply to you specifically.

The main purpose of this group is to provide moral support to each other, motivation to keep on going (you want to keep going when other people want to keep going), share successes and frustrations, encourage each other, etc.

If you want to participate, you'll want to measure yourself, but don't worry... you can keep your measurements to yourself. You'll only be reporting the DIFFERENCE between your measurements from week to week so you can track progress. So, there's no need to tell us your measurements or weight, just something like this:

chest/bust= lost 1-1/2"
upper arm= gained 1/2"
waist= lost 2"
hips= no change
thighs= lost 3/4"
calves= no change
weight= lost 3-1/2 lbs.

That way you can share your progress proudly while keeping the private numbers private.

To join the group, go to
www.wholyone.com/forums and register. I'll approve you as soon as I get the notice from the forum that you've registered. Then you'll go down to the WELLNESS WITHOUT forum and click on it. That'll open up and you'll scroll down to 30 DAYS TO BETTER FITNESS which is where we'll be talking and comparing notes.

Also, you can click on FITNESS DIARIES and begin a fitness diary for yourself if you would like a place to record your daily or weekly progress.

Guests are not allowed to read anything at my forums, so only registered members will be able to read any of your posts. There are no ads (other than mine haha) or weird blinking things and you are free to come and go as you please. You can send PM's (private messages), email to other members, and post on the forums.

If you've wanted to get into shape or you have a special event coming up you'd like to be in better shape for, I hope you'll join me. You'll have lots of moral support and you might even make some new friends!
