Ask Cynthia

Write in with your questions and I'll be happy to answer.

Q:  "I wonder if it is possible to expect the best yet still be prepared for the worst..?"

A:  Actually, I don't think it is. Thinking = planning. If you are thinking about something, you are planning - for good or evil. In order to mentally prepare for the worst, you have to run through it in your head... the worst case scenario plays out. This lowers your vibrational offering. You cannot expect the best when you're vibrating something else because the frequencies don't match.

The bottom line is you'll get what's in your head... the inside will manifest on the outside whether we like it or not. It's best to envision the very best and spend as much time embellishing that vision as possible so that we are vibrating on that level instead.

What to do if we still don't get what we want? Work on cleaning up those thoughts so that what's inside us more closely matches what we want and try again, trusting we will handle this contrast with the same grace we handle everything else.
