Warmest welcomes!

Hi, I'm Cynthia Clinton. I'm the founder of the
Wholy One Wellness Center in Gilroy,
California.
I'm so happy you've come by. It'll be nice to
spend some time together. Click around, read, and if you want to talk, you
can either visit my Wholy Blog or the
Wholy Forum or even
email me. I'm
very open to contact and would love the experience of talking with you.
It tells me a lot
that you're here. In fact, it tells me we have something in common
already... the desire for the best life we can possibly have! We don't
want to float from one crappy happening to the next. We want something
more for ourselves!
I'm all about getting rid of negativity! Aren't you? Let's
ditch that stuff and make something better! Let's get some peace and
quality relationships in our lives. Let's set sail for...
HAPPINESS.
Are you looking for a better life?
Truth be told, I don't know anyone who isn't. Even those who seem to
"have it all" would love to have an even better life.
Better is better, no matter where on the scale you'd currently rank your
quality of life.
Would you like more love, more money, more success, better fitness,
nicer
things, nicer experiences, better health, better relationships,
better
everything?
Would you like to have less stress while having a greater trust that life
will deliver what you want?
Honestly, there is no magic wand. Anyone who tells you
differently is lying. But...
- You can learn to align yourself with the good
things instead of aligning yourself with the lack of them. There's a big
difference!
- You can learn
to control your emotional energies and feel better every day, which not only
affects you, but others around you - and even the world on a planetary level.
Contrary to
popular belief, we're not here to suffer. We are here to expand the
universe by making manifest our dreams and desires, by pushing the envelope of
what's possible.
This is no wacky religion and likewise it's no woo-woo set of snake oil cures
either. It's a way of living. It's a way of being inside that makes
things better on the outside.
Have you noticed there's two kinds of people? There's those that are
always getting knocked down by life, which most would say is the "average"
person. Then there are those that seem to have mostly good things happen
to them and when something bad happens they don't see it as the end of the world
- they aren't buffeted by the waves of life. The few bad things that do
happen don't seem to bother them much at all or they bounce back very quickly.
What's the difference between these two kinds of people and how can you learn
to be one of the "luckier" people? This is the crux of most of my
workshops. I teach people HOW to flip the switch inside them that will
allow them to start having better experiences and more of the things they'd
really like to have.
I teach the mental component and I also help tackle the physical component as
well. I invite you to click around this site and read more of what I'm
about and how I can help you bring more pleasant and positive experiences into
your life. |
